We will not ask for your credit card details, as payment processing is conducted through our credit card processor, Worldpay, using SSL encryption. Also, your personal details are encrypted when e-mails pass between us. We accept payment by Visa, and Mastercard through our payment processors, Worldpay
VAT - We are not currently VAT Registered.
Delivery Returns We are happy to refund or exchange any goods purchased at Forget-me-not Gifts, without quibble, provided they are unused, of a merchantable condition, and in original packaging with all labels still attached. They must also be accompanied by the invoice number, preferably the original hard copy, and be returned within 21 days of receipt There is no restocking fee. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post if returning items, in order to cover yourself against loss. Out-of-stock goods marked ‘To Follow’ on your delivery note will be forwarded automatically and you don’t need to contact us again. Goods not received within 30 days then become refundable.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, and all goods are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty, so if an item is deemed to be unfit for the purpose for which it was sold, by virtue of defect or inappropriate quality, this will be refundable. In this event it should be noted that products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a credit can be issued.
